Our plant-filled Loft Studio is a 700 sq. ft private space upstairs above our garage; attached to our renovated 1966 Ranch. We are 1.6 miles to KU Campus & 1.5 miles to Downtown Mass st. Stargaze in our outdoor hot tub- open year-round. Beat the heat in our pool open from June 1st to September 1st.

Neighborhood Description
East Lawrence is the “artsiest” neighborhood. A great history of its own, and a new chapter with the Warehouse Arts District, where old industrial buildings are getting a revival as galleries, artists’ studios and apartments.Lazy loft is located in a eclectic neighborhood about 1.5 miles from the Warehouse Art District/Cider Gallery and downtown Mass and 1.6 miles to KU Campus.

😎Patio & Outdoor space: charcoal grill, gas fire pit, table and chairs, shady patio underneath the balcony, hot tub, and pool (pool is open June to end of August). Both Pool and hot tub are shared with hosts. Bike available in the garage next to the entry door.
✨Pros to our space is we live here and are available for anything you might need to help make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
