We fell in love with older homes because no two are alike. We enjoy caring for these homes so future residents can appreciate their history as much as we do.

We've called Lawrence home for more than 25 years, and East Lawrence has always been our favorite part of the city. It's a neighborhood filled with historic homes, mature trees, local businesses, artists, and a strong sense of community.

Since 2005, we've enjoyed restoring homes here while preserving the character that makes each one unique. Our goal is simple: provide well-maintained homes in a neighborhood we're proud to call home ourselves.

Every home we offer is personally owned and managed by us. From showing the property and signing the lease to maintenance and communication, you'll work directly with Erik and Sarah—not a large management company. We take pride in caring for our homes, responding promptly, and building positive, long-term relationships with our residents.
